Check out my personal website above! deviantART | FA | VCL | Artvark This is my personal journal for documenting good and bad things that happen in life, as well as other gripes and silly things. My DA/FA journals are meant for business, so this is a place for me to unwind. I've been on LJ for years now, usually posting about my boring, daily life. If I do make posts about things that seem to be of some importance to anyone but myself, I make it public for everyone to read. That being said, yes, my journal is FRIENDS ONLY. If you would like to be added, just comment on the only entry you can see or add me back. If I don't add you to my list, no hard feelings, it just means A.) I think you're a troll, or B.) I just forgot to add you back. I do that a lot, I've noticed. I'm 22, an alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design (as of June 2007), and the proud parent of seven children (my cats Niles and Kitty, Miss Hiss the ball python, my chihuahua Spartacus, my rats Mim and Darwin, and my betta Pete). I have my Bachelor's degree in Animation and hope to go into concept design and storyboarding and possibly directing someday. Aside from the name "Quaylak," I also go by the names Quay (coo-way), cheetahmonster, and Turtle. I am a contractor at a large corporation and I primarily work in Macromedia Flash, HTML, and CSS. My second job is where the furry community comes in. I've been taking commissions for furry work for the past few years. My tools of the trade include traditional media (my best, personally) like colored pencils and markers, as well as digital media, like Photoshop and Flash. I'm a jack-of-all trades in the furry community, meaning I dabble in a little bit of everything. I offer drawing, badge, reference sheet, and fursuit commissions.
